GEJ AND NIGERIAS DEMOCRACY It has become crystal clear to all discerning minds in and outside Nigeria that the biggest and most potent threat to Nigerias democracy and to a large extent national unity is not Boko Haram neither Niger-Delta militancy nor kidnapping but GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN. More anybody, group of persons and anything else, GEJ has consistently undermine Nigerias demicracy. He has become a drunkard that strayed into the Chinese shop. For the articles and wares in shop to be protected and jealously guarded, it requires great efforts and painstaking for the this guy to be ease out without any collateral damage. His latest assult on the NASS simply confirmed that leadership of a country as complex as Nigeria should not be saddled with an unweaned boy. Not even Abacha has been credited with such adaucious impunity. Even an imperial Obj had to arranged array of legal minds to argue and defend him in the Ghali Nabals House of Representatives before his neck was saved from the impeachment notice that was served on him. He did not make any recourse to the almost limitless coercive apparitus in his kitty. But not our Ijaw boy who even if his coercive power got exhausted is prepared to improvise one to get at his perceived enemies. GEJ has demonstrated his inability to learn comprehensively the lessons of Nigerias history that no leader whether military or civilian has prevailed against the Nigerian people. Nigerians always have the last laugh no matter how long. Weve had it on good authority that military wares are pouring into the Ijaws enclave in readiness for hoisting their flag as independent nation should in case Nigerians refused to let GEJ have second term shot at the presidency. Honestly, it is laughable to see a tiny minority as the Ijaws are scheming and planning to hold the rest of us to ramson. Im not an incurable optimist about Nigerias indivisibility. But it is not an inconsequential minority like Ijaw that can dissolve Nigeria.
