[GENERAL] YOUR “REAL REASON” What if I was to tell you that there is a good chance your “goal” is not really your goal… confusing, well I will explain. The majority of people I talk to either in the gym or just in general conversation respond to the “Why are you training / eating healthy” question with one of three answers: 1) An answer that includes the words “you know, just to…” 2) An answer that relates to their physical appearance for example, “to lose weight” or “to get massive” 3) or… “because Lucy dragged me down here!” Perceived goals, as in number 1 and 2 above, are good to know but they will not get you out of trouble when something else comes up at training time or if a tastier option is proposed for lunch. Better defining your goal can become a crucial turning point at these tempting times. A quick and easy way to zone in on your REAL REASON for training and eating healthy is to go through the below questions. The more you can answer the clearer you will be. When you can find 10 minutes, grab a pen and paper [writing it down is important, don’t just do it in your head] and answer these 8 questions to obtain your REAL REASON behind your training and healthy eating. Question 4, 5 and 6 really get you to the point! Please let me know if these questions helped you by leaving a comment below?
