GENERATIONAL CURSES: A generational curse operates by spiritual law calledancestry law.You probably heard the sayingthe Apple doesnt fall far from the tree,what that means is certain characteristics&tendencies unique to certain families are passed down genetically.According to scripture,a generational curse is the natural outcome of an act of defiant disobedience passed down from generations.(see exodus20.5,numbers14.18,Deuteronomy11.26-28).Ezekiel18:2 saysthe fathers have eaten sour grapes and the childrens teeth are set on edge.This weapon of the enemy of the enemy plays itself out in family & community peculiarities,social/ethics traits,motives,personality,habits,illness etc. COUNTERattack If you recognise the above in your life, Break generational curses in Jesus Name.Try living a life of obedience.Therefore if any man be in Christ,he is a new creature:old things are passed away;behold all things are become new-2 Corinthians 5:17.
