(GET INVOLVED IN YOUR CHURCH) within the body of Christ, we all serve different vital roles..God has given each of us unique talents and abilities and he wants us to use them in His church for His glory. But a majority of the churches have only a handful of volunteers,while the rest of the body simply fills the pews. But our call is to be active in a church. If all the parts of the body arent present, how is it supposed to function?.Commit to become more active in your local church. What gifts and abilities can you apply that the Lord has given to you?Could you teach Sunday school? Lead a mens Bible study?Help in the nursery? All these things are essential members of the body so that it can learn and grow. Look past your pew. In what other capacity is God calling you to serve Him? (Scripture to Remember)1Corinthians 12:27 Now you are the body of Christ, in each one of you is a part of it. (Live It) Volunteer for childrens church or nursery. Volunteer to help clean or set up for special occasions. Theres alot to do just ask!(THOUGHT)Christs Church is a place to grow people up in the Lord, not to enhance our leisure time.
