When I first started my journey last summer, I could do 2 full push-ups without stopping. Ive come along way since then, and Im actually really proud of my push-up ability now. But, perfecting push-ups takes time and lots of practice. Here is an easy way to start practicing your push-ups. 1⃣Set a number, and break down into sets. For example, if your goal is to do 15, make your set 5 and count in 3 sets of 5 instead of just counting to 15. 2⃣switch up your type of push-up when your arms start to get tired. You can start with wide, then move to military etc. (My form is not the best on these but I just finished doing p90x3 The Challenge and my arms are wobbling!!
