GLEN PARK Healthy Living needs In Home Care Business Experience 24/7 Home Care & Case Management Sales Community Outreach Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a two Sales Representative Outreach Coordinator that will be responsible for generating client leads and creating brand awareness in the community. This will be done by educating the community about our caregiving services and resources as well as strengthening current relationships with potential referral sources (i.e. hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabs, doctors, etc.). You will also meet with prospective clients and/or their family members in order to provide a care consultation on our services. Much of the consultation will be in the prospective clients’ home. Most of your time will be spent in the field but some office time will be required. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, trustworthy, a self-motivator, able to take instruction, organized, personable, articulate, has a flexible schedule and an overall positive attitude. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: • A minimum of 2 year outside sales experience and cold calling • Good understanding of non-medical, in-home care, and/or assisted living placement industry • Excellent written and spoken communication skills • Team player who displays a positive and supportive attitude • Goal-oriented • Ability to work independently • Passion for working with seniors and senior care industry experience is a plus • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate referral sources and family schedules • Build relationships with customers • Track and build contacts Compensation: Base plus commission: DOE Employment Type: Full Time and Part Time Education: High School Proficiency with MS Office programs Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Successfully pass a Livescan background check Email resumes to jasminevenegas@glenparkhealthyliving
