GLOBE Or SMART ??! Went to Podium Mall as soon as it opened today so i can buy a sim card. 1010am. SMART cant sell me a sim because their Inventory Officer (who keeps the sims) is running late. GLOBE cant sell me a sim because their Cashier had an emergency and had to leave. Both stores asked me to come back at 11am!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?? None of these 2 telcos value good customer service!! They just open their shop for show, not intent on delivering their products an services with the zeal their overplayed TV and print ads portray. Its all FAKE. These people are ill trained, undisciplined, spoiled rotten and probably unmotivated, and have no place in the world of commerce or retail. And WE think Pinoys are exemplars of good customer service??!! Globe and Smart, I hope youre reading this!! Friends, please share this and repost as much as you can to end these lame excuses for living more and connecting. Its time these people took their jobs seriously!!
