GLUTEN FREE BREAD IS TRICKY , the texture will be different.IT IS ALWAYS BEST TOASTED. TRUST ME. I buy the UDIS bread (for me) its pricey. I eat a couple of sandwiches during the week. I keep it in the freezer and take it out to thaw when I want to use it. BE SURE AND TOAST IT . SPreading a TAD of unsalted organic butter will moisten it some. MAKING YOUR OWN GLUTEN FREE BREAD WIth BReAD MACHINE IS GREAT, only you will have a few flops until you figure out what recipe you like. JOIN THE UDIS PAGE- and you will be able to see some of the great recipes that others have shared in regards to using some of the UDis Products. I find them at Whole Foods, MArket Street (local) and KROGER. Typically frozen section.
