GM FAMILY AND FRIENDS Father God, I humbly come before You this morning to say thank You for yet one more day! Thank You Lord God that You thought me worthy to see another day! Father I thank You for and on behalf of all my family; my wife, my children, grandchildren, sisters, brother, nieces, nephews, host of relatives and in-laws, and all those I call friends! I thank You also for those I dont know and those who may consider me their enemy! We all serve a part, have a purpose in Your great plan for humanity and I thank You for giving us another chance to get it right with You! Father, please forgive me for any and every sin I committed against You yesterday, last night, and throughout this new day! You know all things, so You know when, where and how I may fall short but because of Your love, Youll pick me up, dust me off and start me on my way! Thank You! Lord as we go through this day, I pray Your people humble themselves like little children and turn to You for all things! Help us to grow in our faith, and trust in You, even while going through the trials of this world! Thank You Father God, that You are there with us wherever we go! Now Lord, I pray Your protection over all those mentioned, my family, friends and yes even my enemies! Lead and guide Your people by the power of Your Spirit within us this day! Let Your light shine not just on us and in us but through us upon this lost world! May we give a kind word, a gentle gesture, a helping hand to someone this day to show and share the love Youve given to with others! Once again Father, I want to thank You for all Youve done for me, with me, in me and through me! In the precious name of Jesus the Christ and for His sake I do pray! Amen! -------- Psalm 145:7-9 Life can hit us with unexpected and undesirable circumstances. Events which could have one ask, Does God really care? Scripture tells us, God is love (1 Jn 4:8)! His very nature is characterized by compassion and concern. He is our greatest example of how to express love. This, combined with His holiness, means His love is perfect-Hell never make a mistake in the way He loves us! We know God loves us because He calls us His children ( Jn 1:12). Some people may not have a father, mother or both to show them love, but God is the perfect parent! it would go against His character to treat His children with anything less than unconditional love! The supreme demonstration of His love came at the cross! Christ went to the greatest lengths possible to give us life! Christ came to earth as an expression of His Fathers infinite love, and in giving His life, on our behalf, did what no one else was able to do! Because of these facts about Gods love, how could we not expect Him to take care of the smallest details of our life!? -------- Ministry Of Reconciliation & Encouragement BE ENCOURAGED AND BE AN ENCOURAGEMENT
