GM, FB. As I prepare to go to sleep, and you awake, you will hear of yet another young man killed by the police. I know our community is hurting, confused and outraged by the lack of value placed on OUR youth. I ask that you turn to God. He has delivered us time and time again. Please do not respond in hate. Teach America about our proud heritage. Please teach and encourage our young men to take their rightful place, in this country, that is ours, to rightfully inhabit, as well. Lets band together, as one voice, united with EVERY COLOR, in love. Division is not the answer. I am hurting too. I am in tears. The sheer horror of it all, as it unfolds on the news. Our country, is in turmoil. My people are outraged. BUT I heard Gods voice so clear this morning. He said, I have your community in the palm of My hands. I will not forsake you or leave you. I care about your youth. My youth! Your girls, your boys! It instantly soothed my hurting heart. I pray for the overwhelming comfort of the families in bereavement. Mothers with sons gone too soon. This is a vital moment. How will we proceed? I choose to move forward in love, exhibiting His love. Love you, FB! HAGD
