General Manager – Human Resource Incumbent will be responsible for all HR Functions, capable of developing & implementing HR Strategies which are aligned with our vision and core values. Candidate should hold a masters degree from a reputable institution with 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior role. Regional Manager Incumbent will be responsible to oversee the smooth functioning of 25 TCF school units and the management of regional and area offices. Candidates should be a retired Army Brigadier or equivalent rank from Air force/navy or civilian with at least 15 years of administration experience at a senior level. Head of Marketing Incumbent will be responsible to develop & execute TCF’s marketing strategy, oversee communication plans and media production for national and international markets. Candidate should posses an MBA degree in Marketing with at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
