Great Minds Initiative as a progressive minded forum, shall open the minds of many men and women to the importance of having the right mindset and attitude, within and outside governance. It will make it possible for many people to (regardless of their Ethnic Background, Senatorial District, Belief, Educational level etc) to go to the maximum of their ability and beyond. In the words of an ancient philosopher and a Great Mind, Les Brown, “Live your dreams” Great Minds Initiative shall show others how to achieve their dreams in life and to become successful in whatever endeavours they put their hearts and souls into, by sharing their wisdom, knowledge and experiences, through mutual interaction, public enlightenment and mass mobilization. Like Anthony Robins rightly put it, Great Minds shall awaken the giant in people and shall adopt the Blue Ocean strategy of W. Chan Kun, on how to create uncontested market space and make a competition irrelevant. As Great minds, we shall invoke Tony Buzan’s concept of mind mapping to access, discover, project and endorse Great Minds based on competence, marketability, integrity, efficiency and ability to transform our fears, banish our doubt, discover our strength and overcome all obstacles. Our endorsement of any Great Mind at any level shall be the actualization of reality based on our strategies, spread and involvement.
