GNRD’s URGENT CALL TO HELP GAZAN HOSPITAL Crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for medicine. Gaza needs every one of us. The extreme devastation there leaves Palestinians in a very vulnerable situation. Now is the time to express our real solidarity to the victims of the Israeli aggression. It does not matter how much you are able to give, the most important thing is the symbolic initiative to be part of a real movement to show our support to the innocent people. GNRD has decided to take a step forward and organize a crowdfunding campaign, in order to get funds for medication and basic sanitary material for Al Awda. This hospital is located in the north of Gaza in a very densely populated area where there are more than 330,000 people. Doctors there ask for emergency medicines like anaesthesia, antibiotics, vaccines, blankets, gauzes, syringes, etc. They need our help. Al Awda staff are working relentlessly, but the lack of medical equipment, after they have been attending to the thousands of injured, has become so dire that they fear the hospital may be unable to continue helping patients. The situation is especially fragile in the operating rooms: so many people are suffering from very serious wounds, which require immediate and major surgery. GNRD calls for solidarity at this extremely difficult time for Gaza.
