GOAL Our primary goal is • To totally refurbish the basket ball court at the Arcadia Sports Club - To repair and maintain the court and the surrounding area. • To bring the former glory of basketball back to the ASC and back to the community. • To provide an enjoyable, safe and welcoming environment for its members and participants. Our secondary goal is • To acquire membership and be affiliated to BUZ – both men and woman • To start actively training and playing basketball on the court by 1st. August 2013. • Encourage, promote, manage and control the sport of basketball in Arcadia. REHABILITATION PROCEDURES Procedures to be followed and coordinated by the Executive Committee, depending on foreseeable and unforeseeable contingencies. Phase one - Rehabilitation of court and grounds Phase two - Potential reintroduction procedures - to the community / League - Subsequent maintenance and training protocol. Phase three – Development and constant improvement at all times of the facilities referred to above.
