GOD IS MERCIFUL,GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME! I reported back to work last monday after being out for six months after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. With a lot of reservation,my Dr.agreed to release me to go back to work.Taking allnecessary precautions ,constant prayers and trust in the LORD ,i survived my first week! GOD first, my doctors and their staff, my bone marrow donor,my FAMILY, Mother Frances Hospital and ALL MY FRIENDS who offered prayers and financial support, provided me the inspiration, will and strength to take this journey with one goal in mind: LIVE. From january after diagnosis, I would have lived 3 more months, without treatment.Thats human prediction.IT HAS NOW BEEN SIX MONTHS AND IM STILL ALVE AND FIGHTING. THATS DIVINE INTERVENTION!!! Prayers for me were offered and resounded across the globe: from netherlands canada australia dubai saudi arabia america and the Philippines and GOD LISTENED!! Financial support poured in, from my friends from saudi arabia,from co workers and friends here in the US.I COULD NOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! NEVER DOUBT! GOD PROVIDES!! My laboratory family,my filipino family, my friends,THANK YOU!! My own family, REGINA who had sacrificed 6 months of her married life away from JOSHUA, THANK YOU!!witout your care and selfless support and undrestanding I would not have made it.TO MARIAN N SERGIO for taking over responsibilities in the house while I was gone and to MARIAN for taking over from Regina formy post recovery.TO FERRERA family esp to ELISE for providing inspiration to have the will to live to be able to hug you one day. To KARL N SEBASTIAN FAMILY for prayers esp FRANCES who goes to her school chapel to pray for my recovery! To my sister EVELYN N brother JESSIE who fearlessly agreed to be the donor braving the uncertainty n consequences from the procedure. Unfortunately they were tested as not a match. My ANONYMOUS DONOR MATCH IS from San Diego California. It is from the selfless goodness of his/her heart that Im alive and posting this status!
