GOD IS SURROUNDING ME WITH BUILDERS!!! PART 3! WOW!! Who you surround yourself with is a clear indication of what will get accomplished in the end. If you hang around negative people, chances are, you’re going to become negative. If you hang around people who do not want anything out of life, chances are, you’re not going to get anything out of life! What Nehemiah did was hang around movers and shakers! Those were the people he could trust, download, get the job done and ultimately people who had his back! See in the season where God is about to take you, you do not surround yourself around people who you have to go behind to ensure they got the task done. No, you need to know that once the assignment was given out, you can go into your prayer closet and ask God, "What’s next?" However, if you’re hanging around inadequate people, chances are the goal you’re trying to achieve will be inadequate, simply because your team dictates your outcome. So in other words, you’re guilty by association. See believers, this has been my prayer before we moved into 2013, "Lord, because the assignment is great for me in 2013, I need you to remove those who will not get the job done. Once they are released, de-attach my emotions so that it will not become personal, but help me understand that it’s spiritual and Kingdom! So in other words, when God begins to separate those type of individual(s) out of your life, do not allow the spirit of guilt to hover over your head and keep those sorry, low-lives, good for nothing, people in your life. This is what happens when you keep those people in your life, it will only slow down the downloading process that God wants to give you, which will cause God to delay more because you haven’t graduated from "ground level zero" of knowing who’s good for you and to you! Again, this next level is not personal, it’s Kingdom and spiritual! Right here, I am going to challenge a few Pastors. If you know certain members who are "prickers" against the vision, why do you settle or waste your time with them? Is it for the sake of saying that you have a few members or because they are great tithers? If that’s the case, I question whether or not God sent you or did you just go? Because one thing I found out about God, He will ALWAYS equip you for the next level and send you just what you need! Okay, allow me to make it personal. It was not until I started practicing what I preached, was when God started sending in what my ministry needed. So in other words, when I stopped pacifying dead weight members and stop calling them every time they missed church, was when God started sending in carriers of the vision! See it’s not until we show God that we really mean it when we say we have no other choice but to trust him. God will do what He said He would do concerning us! After all, we’re just carriers of God’s visions. Which tells me that God will not allow us to become stressed out about what He wants us to do concerning Him! See we have this thing all jacked up, if God has called us to build Him a Kingdom, it’s not my job to worry about who’s on my team! NO, NO, when our hearts are geared towards the Kingdom, it’s God job to equip us for battle, warfare and the victory! So our prayer should be "Lord, I thank you that you’re sending in people and you’re surrounding me with movers and shakers who are going to carry out whatever vision the leader has! See you can tell who really has your vision and those who are going to prick against the vision. Once the Father downloads those individuals to you, it’s your job to get those who are going to support the vision instructions on what’s next and those who are not going to support the vision instructions on where to go! So in other words, when God has called you to be a leader, you can not be afraid to tell division causers to leave your life! You can’t be a coward and call yourself a leader! Leaders are bold as a lion! Leaders understand that it’s not personal! A leader knows who is with them and who’s not! And this is what Nehemiah had to face.
