GODLINESS WITH CONTENTMENT IS GREAT GAIN! IN CHRIST JESUS, ALL THINGS WORK FOR GOOD! LOVE OVERCOMES!!! Alpha and Omega! The beginning and the end of our faith! Does He not deserve our everything? O yes, He does! He is Spirit; although invisible, He Knows all things and Can Do all things! He is Supreme and Immortal! Praise be unto His Holy Name, JESUS!!! I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me. Philippians 4:12,13 ESV With Godliness comes contentment! If you claim godliness and you are greedy, you lie; and the truth is not in you! If you are contented, then there is no need for greed or covetousness! The Lord Empowers the believer to do all things in Jesus Name! Amen! He Promised never to leave nor forsake His own and He is true to His promises always!!! If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 1 Corinthians 13:2 NIV You can have all gifts possible and be the wisest in the land and able to resolve all mysteries, possessing all knowledge! Hmmm! Your faith may be able to move mountains too; without LOVE, you have nothing and are nothing at all! LOVE is supreme over all! Strive for LOVE! Why dont humans prioritise love? People perish because of lack of knowledge! It must be that people do not know the true value of LOVE! We must strive to learn the true value of love above all else and teach that to our children etc. and share it far and wide. The world would be a better place for this! Lord Teach us the value of Love and Help us to understand and focus on Love in Jesus Name. Amen!!! When they came together in Galilee, he said to them, The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men. They will kill him, and on the third day he will be raised to life. And the disciples were filled with grief. Matthew 17:22-23 (NIVUK) What poignancy! What profoundity! For Jesus Christ to say such things to His disciples! He was passing on a specific message! He was saying to them that He came to fulfill destiny! He was saying to them that He was ready to fulfill His destiny! Was it however a joyful news to their ears? No! However, was it joyful at all? O yes! This is our joy today! Yes, Jesus died; but He was Raised from the dead on the third day! O what joy! Because He Lives forever, I can face tomorrow as all who choose to believe! Blessed be His Glorious Name. Halleluyah! Amen!! Thank You Jesus!!! (1) Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? (2) You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask. (3) You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures. James 4:1-3 Thinking of these words! So much evil comes from inside of us humankind; definitely based on our lust and covetousness! When these fleshly, worldly and evil desires are not met, we act in frustration and with desperation! Do we think of God when this is happening? No! Even when we think of God to ask Him for things, we ask amiss and for the wrong reasons; in order to realise and fulfill our pleasurable desires! When we have not, its usually because we do not ask God! What a people we are as human beings! No wonder the Bible says the heart of man is deceitful and desperately wicked! Lord, we need Your Help; please do not leave us to perish in Jesus Name I pray. Amen!!!
