GOD’S PLAN FOR THE BELIEVERS’ PROSPERITY: Ps.35:27. Let them shout for joy and be glad that favour my righteous cause; yea let say continually, let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. There are people that think that God is not interested in the prosperity and welfare of His children, that He is only interested in their being holy only. But this is the lies of the devil. God is very much interested in the prosperity of His children and He delights in seeing His children succeed and prosper. 3John.vs2. God delights in our being holy, healthy and happy. 2Peter1:3-4. He hath provided for us all things that pertain to life and godliness. 2Cor.9:8-11. Jesus became poor that we might be rich. Jeremaih.29:11. He delights so much in your holiness, progress and success in life. He does not delight in your poverty because that does not bring any glory to Him. The death of Christ on the cross of Calvary is not only for our salvation but also for our healing and health, for our prosperity too and blessings. Gal3:13-14. Jesus Christ becomes poor that we might be rich. (1) Rich in faith. (2) Rich in grace. (3) Rich in godliness. (4) Rich in righteousness. (5) Rich in love. (6) Rich in wisdom and in Knowledge. (7) Rich in material and in money. 1Timothy.6:6-12. The only problem is when we turn the money or prosperity into a god and you allow the things of the world to take the place of god in your heart. THE LORD: THE POSSESSOR OF ALL THINGS: Gen.14:19-20; Dt.10:14; 1Chro.29:11-12; Job.41:11; Ps.24:1-2; Rom.11:36; 1Cor.10:26; Haggai.2:8. The God that we service is the possessor of all things. And because He possesses all things and we are His children He is well able to prosper us in all thing according to His will. All the people that serviced the Lord in the past generation and trusted Him were all prospered by Him. Think of Abraham, Isaac, Joseph, Job, David, etc and today the Lord is still in the business of providing for His own. But remember prosperity is not measured by how much you possess but how contented you are. Prosperity is not measure by how much you have in the bank but how godly you are. What shall it profit a man if he should gain the whole world but lose his soul? But seek ye first the kingdom of God and its righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. THE LAW OF TRUE PROSPERITY IN ALL THINGS: If we are going to experience true genuine and lasting prosperity in all things not just monetary, there are lay down rules and laws in the word of God. (1) The law of repentance, reconciliation and righteousness. Job.22:21-25; Mt.6:33. (2) The law of planning and purposeful living. Prov.24:27; Prov.29:18. (3) The law of diligence and hard working. Prov.22:29; Eccl.9:10. (4) The law of integrity, faithfulness and honesty. Prov.28:20. (5) The law of obedience and loyalty to God and his word. Job.36:11; Joshua.1:8; Ps.1:1-3. (6) The law of sowing and reaping, giving and receiving. 2Cor.9:6-8; Mal.3:8-12. (7) The law of sacrificial service. Devoting you time, talent to serve the Lord. Prov.11:24-25; Eccl.11:1-6. (8) The law of small beginning. There are people out of covetousness want to be a billionaire overnight; therefore they get into corrupt practices, cheating, duping etc. Job.8:7; Zech.4:10; Isaiah.60:22. (9) The law of patient and persistence. Impatient has ruined many people. Luk.8:15; Pro.28:22. (10) The law of prayerfulness and seeking the Lord in all things and all time. Luk.18:1; 1Chron.4:9-10; 2Chro.26:3-5, 15. Ps.118:6-13, 23. LIVING BY THE PROMISES OF GOD AT ALL TIME: 1Kings.8:56; Gen.22:15-18; Ps.81:13-16; Ps.115:12-15; Deut.28:1-14.Philp.4:13, 19. We need to live not by the promises of men but by the promises of God which are yea and amen. God will never disappoint those who their trust in Him and tonight the Lord is ready to visit you if you are ready. He delights in the prosperity of his children, who are his children indeed. 1 Corinthians 2:9-10. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. Just rely on him and his promises and all shall be well with you. 2 Corinthians 9:8-11. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) Being enriched in everything to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God. God has the power the bless and prosper you. 3 John: 2. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
