GOOD AT POLITICS BUT POOR MANAGER .... President Mugabe is a good politician but a very poor manager. People admire his speeches and rhetoric but those who know him well say he is a bad manager . Thats why Zim is having an economic crisis . Just imagine how many big companies have failed , Air Zim , National Railway , Zupco, Zesa , Zinwa , Zisco +++++ , Hwange etc Then we have the local councils whose corruption and poor service delivery is costing the lives of many people . All these companies and parastatals failed because of poor management at the top . Just imagine if the president gave an altimatum against potholes or uncollected garbage or against the non payment of salaries to workers . How can workers go for 12 months without pay and the president says nothing ? OR how can someone earn $ 500.000. per month .? The president must take quick action to punish non performing ministers and officials and deal with corruption swiftly .
