GOOD Afternoon DECENT JOKE 153 - GHAMPAs Style of Working After passing out from the IIMB . GHAMPA became the youngest CEO of the budding Software company. 800 people were working in the company and GHAMPA used to work for more-than 14 hours a day. He wanted every worker of the company should work like him without wasting a single minute. His vision was to make his company one amongst top ten company in the world. Once GHAMPA came on inspection and gave a surprise visit at the workstation area where all his employees were working. During inspection he saw one young youth was standing in front of a window and enjoying the outside view. He was whistling a Hindi Moviee tune too which irritated GHAMPA. GHAMPA immediately went in front of that young youth and asked - How much your Salary ? .The youth was not frightened seeing GHAMPA , He answered coolly.. Not much ..Just Rs2000 per week . Immediately GHAMPA removed TEN THOUSAND RUPEES from his pocket and gave it to that youth and shouted - You are Fired. This is your one month salary and Bonus Money. From tomorrow you should not step into our Company. Get Out . The youth calmly received the money and said THANK YOU SIR and left the place with out an iota of guilt. All other employees were observing the action taken by GHAMPA the CEO. A senior Team Leader seeing the angry mood of GHAMPA came near to him to tell something about that youth. But GHAMPA immediately reacted and told - I hope you understood my way of functioning . This is a warning signal to others. Understood ?. Team Leader scratching his head murmured- No sir I couldnt understand. Why you paid Rs10,000 to the courier Boy who came from outside to deliver the Courier Document ? !!!!!.
