GOOD MORNING POTENTIAL HYDROGEN. After seven days of hideous toxic symptomania, I thought Id see what my pH was up to. Morning saliva is a pretty good indicator of cellular pH & cellular voltage. Its a tad annoying when your results are split over two numbers. But either way, its clear things are a little acidic over here. No surprises really. I seriously miss the days I could throw back a few, freshly pressed shots of #alkaline #wheatgrass juice straight from my garden & dig into a mountain of delish salads. Natures best alkaline medicine, hands down. In the mean time, Ill just have to ride this toxic wave with the tools I do have and dream #green instead.
