GOOD SUCCESS: Leadership The first principle of leadership is this: Accepting responsibility. What makes you a leader is not title or position but accepting responsibility for two things: results and change. True leaders never pass the buck. They hold themselves responsible for generating results and for producing desired change in their spheres of influence. Stop giving excuses. Stop passing the buck. Take charge and give it all it takes to produce results and create change. You will succeed.
