GOOOOD afternoon peeps! Ready for Day 2 PiYo Move of the Day CHALLENGE??? I sure hope so…because here it is!! All you have to do to be a part of this Challenge is: *Take a PIC or Video of you doing the Move of the Day *POST it *TAG me in it *Add #piyowitharisingphoenix THATS IT!!!! For every move you post over the next 30 Days youll be entered into a drawing to WIN the new PiYo DVD workout that is being released later this month!!! I look forward to seeing all of your MOVES!!! PiYo Push-Ups -belly button to spine -weight in your heels (in squat) -flat back as you walk your hands down your legs and come into a plank -elbows stay in and graze the ribs!!! -inhale down-exhale up -walk your hands to your feet -roll up chin to chest and sit into a squat or chair pose and BAM!
