Apparently, though Marilyn Tavenner approved the Authority-to-Operate (ATO) for a six-month time to implement the mitigation plan. Citing: “The six-month period will allow the Marketplace to normalize its developmental activities while enabling the security team to closely monitor activities and perform a complete.” They have six months to fix it? My that seems far longer than the promised date the President and his teletubies twin have stated and far shorter than the extra six-week delay they are bestowing on We the People before we are “required” to have it or risk fines. They have no authority to impose any fine nor can you be forced to sign up for what I hope you now understand is an elaborate and unconstitutional Ponzi-scheme that the main loser in the economy.
