GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP. This is the theme behind Governors summit set to kick off this morning at the Great Rift Valley lodge in Naivasha. They are expected to use the summit,to discuss the progress of devolution and learn from other countries with a similar form of government. Paul Kagame of Rwanda expected to give a talk during the summit. Other issues to be tabled during the summit include; capacity and resource mobilisation, how counties can position themselves to thrive economically how devolution can work.
