I heard he banned Sagging and Galaxy hairstyle, this things are not within the scope of his Legal Jurisdiction clearly spell out in the concurrent and Residue list of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Rupublic of Nigeria Chapter 11 section 14, subsection 2(b) The security and welfare of the people shall be the primary purpose of government 2(c) The participation by the people in their governament shall be ensured in accordance with the provision of this constitution. I understand that Mr Obiano was a Banker. He will need to read up GOVERNMENT 101 and the 1999 constitution to know his duty and functions as a State Governor to aviod breach of fundamental Human rights. You have no legal or moral right to control a persons mode of dressing or hairstyle its a matter of Choice, the Nigeria law does not empower him with such rights its clearly a case of Usurpism of power
