(CHAIRMAN DISTRICT LEVEL RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE UDHAMPUR) Subject: - Interview notice for filling up of Class IV Posts in Animal Husbandry Department Udhampur (District Cadre). Reference:- Advertisement notice No. CAHOU/E-44/598-605 dated:-24.06.2013 published in Daily Excelsior dated:- 27.06.2013. In reference to above advertisement issued by the Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Udhampur, applications received from candidates were scrutinized and ineligible/ deficiency of documents notification was released in print media on 26.08.2013 and in continuation of the process of recruitment the list of shortlisted candidates was prepared category- wise as per Government Order No. 35 ASH of 2013 dated:- 11.02.2013 and published in print media. After the expiry of 15 days time and redressal of all the grievances/ objections final notification is hereby issued for conducting the interview for recruitment of Class-IV posts on the dates mentioned in Annexure- A in the Office Chamber of the undersigned. As per the above mentioned Govt. order, final selection shall be done in the following manner: Weight-age for marks of Class 10th : 60 points on Prorata basis. Point for Class 12th : 20 points. Weight-age for viva voice including experience : 20 points. 1. Individual call letters are being issued separately. 2. No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the interview. 3. The candidates are directed to bring original and one set of attested xerox copy of testimonials on the date of interview. 4. Mere figuring of name in the shortlist does not entitle the candidate to appear in the interview. It shall be subject to scrutiny of all the documents. 5. Candidates concealing the facts and submitting wrong information shall be dealt under law.
