NIGERIA BREAKDOWN: The Seven Hundred and Eighty-Nine (789) Bayelsa State Global Post-Graduate, Undergraduate and Post-Graduate Scholarship Scheme, is made up of three (3) groups, namely: 1. The Three Hundred and Ninety-Seven (397) Global Post-Graduate scholarship Scheme which was initiated by His Excellency the Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency Governor Henry Seriake Dickson, effective this 2012-2013, academic year. 2. The One Hundred and Forty-Two (142) Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme which was inherited from the previous Administration and the students are presently studying in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Malaysia. 3. The Two Hundred and Fifty (250) Post-Primary Education Scholarship Scheme which was initiated by the His Excellency Henry Seriake Dickson, the Governor of Bayelsa State, effective this 2013-2013, academic year.
