GRAVE MISCONDUCT BY STEYR NIG. LTD. TOWARDS VIOLATION OF WORKERS RIGHT AND ENSLAVEMENT BY THE MNGT. This information has a devastating effect,so sad complimentary as regards state of affairs of our companies, who operate with maltreating their staffs/workers on a pivotal grave misconduct. As regard workers salaries and wages a situation minimal to circumcision so aggravated, and infringe the constitutional rights as contend that of negotiation btwn employer and employee. The company violates the rights of its workers and having them hoodwinked,they were also subjected to torture and mere threats with respect to job security, nd fringe benefits to which they are entitled. Close to one year, the workers of STEYR NIG. LTD BAUCHI, were not payed,but also forced to come to work, as a result some have becme victims, and some were frustrated to that extent may result to death. The rate of casualties is so optimal subject to the present situation, why do they deserve such treatments? Are they not contributing to th dev of th nation? What is th function of th management and th governing board? This is so serious as the mngt deserved to be queried by th wrath of law....we record that they treated their workers grieviously with impunity,a rationale that regard humans as machine, as contended McGregor and W.
