GREAT DAY! To my surprise, the Assemblyman HIMSELF called my house today! Not his staff, but himself on his cell and on a Saturday!!Shocked is an understatement! Basically he was following up on some cases his staff had been working on, he is appalled by what has happened to me and has his legal team working on it! He is in talks of writing a bill that will hopefully eventually be a law due to my case! I am stoked! These specifics, though only just getting into it, so far are that once a man is defrauded with paternity, the mother will become ineligible for any type of assistance until the biological father is not only named but proven with DNA to be the father. Then the real father will be responsible for the duped dads relief and more. His first step this week is to notify the county that the perpetrator lives in and notify them of his involvement in this case and request review! I could go on and on about our 30 min conversation but bottom line is, THIS IS GREAT NEWS!
