GREAT POLICE WORK! Owner reported his stolen vehicle in the vicinity of 38/Capital Av. at approximately 00:50 hrs. Officers were in area and Officer Miller observed vehicle going south from 38th St. on Dr. Martin L. King. Officer Miller followed it to W. 30th St. and when he attempted to stop it at 0100 hrs, a pursuit initiated, travelling from there Westbound along 30th St., to White River Pkway, to Riverside Pkwy, Westbound on W. 16th St., Southbound N. Audubon Av., Southbound Cossell Rd to 4300 Cossell Rd. where both suspects got out and fled into the wooded area. The passenger was apprehended without incident. The driver was apprehended by use of K9 and still in possession of a firearm.
