GREAT advice for ANY Parent on the sidelines for their athlete!!!!! One thing I learned that really works...I mean REALLY works...I do tell my kids EVERY TIME they come off the field for games, practice, camps whatever the case I tell them 6 words... I LOVE TO WATCH YOU PLAY! I dont know where I read it, but I must admit it was the best advice I have ever been given. My athletes light up and begin to communicate about what they did, ask me questions and the dialogue has become some the BEST conversation I have had with them. After all...no matter what at the end of the day, I really do LOVE to watch them P L A Y and I am privileged to be given opportunity to do so. I am one lucky gal.
