GREATNEWS I have been granted visa to travel to Sieben Linden Germany to take part in the Eco Village Design Education for sustainabilty Course EDE which can be folloed on on FBand can provide an effective platform for sharing information and experiences from various backgrounds on improving business skills that can enable young social entrepreneurs to network, and provide inspiration from successful professionals to others-... very essential. The opportunities are vast and it requires the concerted efforts of all sustainability stakeholders to unite under this platform to achieve EDC 2013 goals. African Youth Voices can also be liked up easily.We live in a time in which technology has made the world dramatically easier to communicate and travel across. As a result, we have been given the ability to see and interact with the rest of the world like never before. Lets use the social networks to make a difference at EDE 2013. The current trend in international development is toward social entrepreneurship, innovative and scaleable methodologies and rigorous international solidarity. What has helped us in the Ndanifor Permaculture Eco Village in Bafut, North West Region of Cameroon is linking up our indigenous knowledge of combining indigenous knowledge with science developed at the Better World Ecological Literacy Centre betterworld-cameroon to business and scientific communities and we believe this can be applied to international development. We believe the Youth carries with it a certain malleability that progressively vanishes with each passing year. Educating, investing in and developing young people as future leaders could greatly enhance the Eco Village movement. The richness of youth in their significant stores of time, energies, talents and their capacity to believe in the impossible could bring about a revolution in building resilient communities In Cameroon the youth are hungry and ready to join the fight for a more sustainable future through Eco Villages. They are talented, teachable and passionate. I will be looking out for like minded people who could join me in making certain the youths of the world are reached for good and then developed into a great, positive force that will change our world. If we do this well, our efforts toward international solidarity will be dramatically enhanced.
