Is that so at all ? A public health care system does not - TopicsExpress

Is that so at all ? A public health care system does not necessarily mean that people cannot choose freely their health insurances and especially their doctors of choice ... those would be detail regulations and if drafted properly they would be good for instance to avoid multiple identical X-ray pictures etc. which would be detriment for patients health and for the state Budget since some irresponsible doctors like to push the easy and profitable machine and pill-box Buttons too frequently - again Detriment for patients health and for the state budget (as for instance here in Germany most hospitals are built and financed 100% by the state - buildings, equipments, salaries are all paid by the state or cities here and the cost for patients treatments is then deducted from their health insurances (some public and many private insurances) and partially also from their private pockets as the insurances (especially the public insurances) very often do not cover everything.
