GROUP INPUT NEEDED: I have sole legal and physical custody of my 10-year-old twins. 6 years ago my exN took me back to court to gain more visitation, which he was granted. In July 2013 I was served with papers making false accusations (making harassing phone calls, parental alienation, etc), therefore the exN is requesting 50/50 legal and physical custody. I have evidence to disprove most of his accusations that I have handed over to my attorney. My attorney filed a motion to compel in September and it is still sitting on the judges desk. Before that she requested the exNs attorney show evidence to back up the accusations, which he didnt do. My attorney has tried to get my exN to dismiss the case, but each letter has been ignored. We are just sitting in limbo and its eating away my finances trying to get this whole thing resolved, not to mention the stress of not knowing. How do you deal with this passive aggressive tactic?
