GROUP INPUT NEEDED: Today I received my interrogatories and document requests from my N. They are complete to the point of asking how many nights I spent away from home and pretty much every bank account I have ever had and everyone I have talked to in the past year. He wants printouts of all of social media accounts, dating sites, everything, including private messages and all of my texts to everyone. I didnt even know you could request that. It seems like a violation of my privacy. Its crazy. I am so intimidated now by this whole process. I have hired and excellent attorney and I am prepared to fight. Or at least I thought I was until today. I guess I just need a little encouragement to get me through all 65 interrogatories and document requests. Just to add a little insight. My N has seen our son a handful of times in over a year despite me offering visitation multiple times. He pays no support at all. Our son is 6 and has special needs. I was content for him to just leave us alone but he decided to not just file for custody but file for full legal and physical custody and have me pay him child support. He is just crazy. The things he is alleging are just delusional. Please post annon. Thank you all for all the encouraging words i have read on this site. Its so nice to have an outlet and feel that you are not alone in your fight.
