GRRRRR I have an insurance on my major appliances to cover repairs. When I got home from rehab I noticed that the fan from the furnace is not turning off and the is a loud motor.type noise in the area of the furnace. I called cosumers on Monday and they set up the appointment for yesterday 8am to 2:30 pm. They still have not come and I have 3 different reasons whynot. .Does amyone else have this coverage from Consumers?
