GURUPURNIMA • It is a very special day for all Sai Bhakts. • Mangalsnan is done before Kakad arti in the morning followed by Madhyanya arti at 12pm. • Baba’s darbar is decorated beautifully. • After arti, all the things to be donated to various institutions like ashrams, schools in Shirdi etc. are sent. These institutions are attached to us through our program -SAI ASRA. • This is followed by a Vishal Sai Bhandara for around 3000 people. • In the evening at 5:30pm Satyanarayan Katha is done by panditji followed by Dhoop arti. • Special churma Prasad of Satyanarayan Katha is distributed. • At 10pm naam jaap of baba is done & then special paan served. ACHIEVEMENTS- Year 2011 • Previously stationery, clothes, shoes, etc. were distributed to 7 different institutions on Guru Purnima under the programme ‘Sai Asra’. • Till last year Mangal snan of Baba was done by Panchamrit. • Darbar was decorated with special flowers & chola for baba. • No Naam jaap was done. Year 2012 • This year all these things were distributed to 13 different institutions in double quantity. • This year special Vatna snan of Baba with besan was done. • Entire darbar was decorated with special flowers, light effects& designer chola for baba • Naam jaap of baba wasdone before Shej arti.
