Gaborone College of Culinary Arts is a registered vocational training institution specialising in Hospitality and Catering. Courses offered include: Professional cookery and culinary arts Food and Beverage Barista Skills Bar Tendering; and Waitressing. It is privately owned and offers high training standards, which build the trainees into committed responsible, ambitious employees or business partners who have the entrepreneurial spirit to benefit the society at large. We aim to contribute to the growth and development of the global competitiveness of Botswana’s economy in the region and internationally, through providing valuable human resource with vocational skills that the local and global market can rely on.
