Gang, weve had a surprising amount of interest for the #StalkerSpace Council ticket so thank you all for responding and for being so detailed in your form answers. Weve had a lot of candidates for BEL, EAIT and Arts, but could still use some from Health, Science and Humanities. If youre a part of these faculties and want to get involved, please apply :) To clarify the main concern people have: #StalkerSpace is pushing absolutly no political agenda and is focused on accountability and giving a greater majority of students the chance to voice their opinion. Talking with university administration has given be a glowing insight into the amount of good a strong student voice can do, and having intermediaries to speak on behalf of the largest online presence at UQ is a great place to start. The #StalkerSpace Council ticket will in no way affect the way this group is run and how much entertaining, meaningless crap gets shared here :)
