Garcia goes for ‘seamless transition’ in capitol BY BUTCH GUNIO BALANGA CITY---First-time Governor Albert Garcia went for “seamless transition” at provincial capitol. The new governor replaced his father Enrique Garcia, who is now occupying his former post congressman of Bataan second district. The new governor is holding the same office at the Bulwagan ng Kapayapaan occupied by his father. He revealed that he initially thought of using a portion of the main capitol building as his office but in the end decided to just occupy the office of his father. The new governor also maintained in his first week at the office key officials at the capitol with co-terminus appointment like Provincial Administrator Ester Paguio and Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Joey Angeles. Garcia also continued the services of job order employees at the capitol. In separate consultations with department heads and key employees, respective concerns like office space were raised to the new governor. Garcia pointed out while he listened to respective concerns of the capitol departments, he will address them in holistic basis. He earlier urged all capitol officials and employees to help him in delivering genuine services to the people of Bataan.
