Gaspard, Agnes Agnes J Gaspard Born: September 22, 1926 Died: January 19, 2015 Agnes J. Gaspard Funeral services for Mrs. Agnes J. Gaspard will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Genevieve Catholic Church in Brouillette with Father Jose Pallipurath officiating. Interment will be in St. Genevieve Cemetery in Brouillette. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Marksville. Mrs. Gaspard, age 88, formerly of Brouillette, a resident of Hessmer, passed away at Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville on Monday, January 19, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Columbus and Alice Bordelon Broussard, husband, Venix Gaspard, son, Eddie Gaspard, and daughter-in-law, JoAnn Gaspard. Survivors include one son, Stennie Joseph Gaspard (Mildred) of Hessmer, one daughter, Lettrice Gaspard CoCo (Gerard) of Mansura, 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel on Tuesday. Pallbearers for the funeral service will be Jason Gaspard, Brett Chelette, Dean CoCo, Peanut Dauzat, Derrick Jowers, Timmy Gaspard, Russell Daigrepont, and Thomas Daigrepont.
