Gate update- All of the equipment is in place, we are waiting on Cox to come out install a part they had to order. Whenever the part is installed, our gate company will be out to set up the phone line the same day. I put codes in the boxes of all the residents that are still here. I need to program the box with those numbers. I cannot do any of that until the phone line is updated. Once the phone line is installed, I will make sure everyone who is still here has their code and I will start shutting the gate. I will put a note in the box letting you know that will be happening. I have been very persistant on getting this done and understand any frustrations you might be having regarding the gate being open. I will continue to be persistant until the gate is complete.
