Gave the Bring Sally Up pull-up challenge a go today between clients. I can usually do about 27 neutral grip pull-ups in one go. There are 30 reps in this challenge, but done over 3.5 minutes. I had a couple of rules in my head that I wanted to adhere to when thinking of doing this challenge. 1. Full range of motion 2. Absolutely for the love of god, NO KIPPING! My forearms pumped up something crazy at the halfway mark! Got halfway in my first go, so will definitely try again next time to see how far I get. I think my forearms will explode if I get to the 3.5 minute mark! Thanks, Linda for cueing the song!
