Gday people, Some of you will be aware that I have been taking - TopicsExpress

Gday people, Some of you will be aware that I have been taking part in Maxs Challenge for the past 12 weeks and I am pleased to say that I made it!! My 12 weeks is done and I am pretty pleased with my results. It wasnt easy and really pushed my mental strength on many occasions, as you know I loooove my food. In total, I dropped 13 kilos, starting at 104.4 and finishing on 91.4, and I more than halved my body % going from embarrasingly above 20% (actual figure is a secret) to in the 11% range depending on which scale I used. I had plenty of support from Katherine Chaplyn who helped with my food prep, kept me motivated and didnt mind when I went in a hungry grumpy person. I was spending more time at the gym and with her brother than I was with her, she didnt mind most of the time. Brother-in-law Matthew Sansalone became my conditioning and fitness motivator, his nearly 20 years of training himself in many martial arts plus training and preparing others for fights was very useful. We spent twice a week, for 12 weeks smashing it out at Kalamunda Kickboxing and my abs are still recovering from having a medicine bounced off them from great height. Now Facebookers, I need your help, if you think I have done a reasonable job over the 12 weeks, can you please vote for me by following the below link, just click, follow the instructions and allocate me 3 votes. It will be much appreciated if you could help out, and dont be afraid to get your family and friends to do the same, the more votes I get the better. maxchallenge.au/2014/maxs/mobile/user-profile.php?Jaime+Chaplyn-4253 Thanks for taking the time to read my post, I will leave you with 2 things: 1. If I can do it, so can you 2. The pain of discipline and hardwork never hurts more than the pain of regret. If your thinking of getting into shape, do it now! Cheers,
