He was absolute powerful like a king for 9 years. He could have done wonders like Gen George Washington by laying the foundations & Democratic system for strong nation. But he also became slave to his ambitions to prolong his rule, exploited by selfish politicians. His legacy was NRO, & Zardari, the plunderer. Rest is history. He is in politics, even if by some chance (though remote), he becomes PM he would not enjoy those powers which he had as President & Army Chief.
