Gene Chip Tatum is an ex CIA, Special Agent, and Deep Undercover Officer. This interview from the late 90s, highlights the overt situation which we are all under today. At the time this video was posted, it was indeed believed Mr. Tatum was dead, having been killed and washed up on a beech in Costa RIca I think it was. Well, the body found was not Gene Chip Tatum, but he took advantage of the story, and slid off the radar until 2 yrs ago. This video is an excellent source of intelligence the average Citizen is completely unaware of, or if they are, just dismiss outright.
