General Manager-HARARE $NEGOTIABLE Duties will include: *To work under the ops director, where the candidate will be required to oversee, manage and take responsibility for various contracts within the business. *The main focus areas will be sales, contract execution, stock control management, quality assurance. *The candidate will be required to play a leadership role with the team of employees in the various locations outside of Harare, as well as working closely with Admin support team at the head office *The candidate will also need to budget and account for the costs of the operations that *The candidate will be required to travel within Zimbabwe, as the business is country wide. The candidate would largely be visiting clients and ensuring the business runs efficiently. Working hours/days are up to the individual to determine as they see fit to deliver on the roles and responsibilities they are given, we are a hard working team and would like a person who can add value and the requisite leadership skills to take the team towards the its goals and in line with the company mission. *There is huge room for growth, and the candidate will be remunerated on and measured on performance, willingness to take on greater responsibilities, eagerness. KEY SKILL * The applicant must be able to think on their feet and be able to manage their time efficiently and effectively * Attention to detail will be necessary in order to maintain a good grip/handle on the stock control and deliveries verses orders and measuring any and all stock losses incurred. * Sound people skills are a must as the work can be quite highly pressured during the peak times in the year.
