Wondering why the Palace is trying so hard to HIDE where the bulk of DAP went? Well, imo, The data will show how much were channeled to Ilo-Ilo and Batanes.... a fact that will put the final nail in the coffin of Abad. And the claim that 91% of DAP were spent properly is absurd if not crazy. Is that a marching signal to the incoming Justice COA Chair Pulido to audit DAP and clear it by saying that YES, around 91% of it were properly? I guess so. :)) Anyway, where the hell is BS AQUINO? I assume that he is under the influence of a strong drug to calm his senses :)) I guess one can picture him salivating in Bahay Pangarap now :))
