General speaking, women have a greater capacity for love than men do. In fact, a woman’s love has a height, depth, breadth, and elasticity that confound most men. Perhaps it was divinely created as a part of the maternal instinct. But of this I am certain: men have to work at manifesting love for more than do women. The most frustrated men I know are those whose naturally passive temperaments have been dominated by more aggressive wives. Such homes are incapable of happiness. One goal every loving wife should have is to help her husband realize his subconscious need to be the leader of hi home. No matter how passive he is, he will love her more and treat her better if he serves as their leader. Courage is a trait both men and women posses, but tend to manifest differently. Women will courageously sacrifice themselves for their children, and history has recorded many female martyrdoms or voluntary slaveries to spare their young. When threatened, a woman may throw her body over her child for protection; not necessarily so for a man, for he might be more inclirud to engage in combat with his aggressor.
